Exactly at #105 Gorgasali Street, at the bottom of Ortachala Mountain and along the river Mtkvari, a residential complex named “Ortachala Park” is being built. The name of the project - Park Ortachala was chosen based on the unique location of the complex. The developers have kept the recreational zone on the slope of Ortachala Mountain intact and have planned to build a park hanging on the slope for future residents. A story before starting the project
After meeting my partner in late September, we walked down Gorgasali Street. Then for the first time I heard the legend of the founding of Tbilisi. I was looking at the Ortachala Mountains, the Mtkvari River on the left, in love with Tbilisi and was thinking here should be the most modern Tbilisi complex. Tbilisians must live here. Since then, my whole team has been working, planning and implementing the project - Park Ortachala. Our unified vision is based on creating the best living environment at the foot of the mountain, build a larger park on the mountain and slope and justify the name of the project

The complex is being built on 6622 sq.m. Out of this 6622 sq.m on 1200 sq.m. there will be green space, 1400 sq.m.-yard and 300 sq.m.-playground. The Residential Zone involves 3 Blocks with 335 apartments in total. Inhabitants will be able to use children’s square and the closed space for children; Barbecue Zone; Cycling Trail; Training Ground; Resting Area; 24 hour security service; Concierge Services; Hotline; Cleaning Services.

Park
The main goal of the developers was to create the greenest residential area possible . Accordingly, the recreational zone on the slope of Ortachala Mountain was connected by the project managers to the complex so that each customer could enjoy the new artificial garden, but also the natural park that surrounds the complex.

The complex has 200 indoor and outdoor car parking place in total, which will be under 24 hour Security control so that inhabitants can calmly leave their cars near their home.
Yard and Playground
